The Oxford History Faculty is looking forward to celebrating the 300th anniversary of the founding of the Regius Chair in 1724.
George I established two Regius Chairs in History, one at Oxford and one at Cambridge.
On Friday June 7, the History Faculty will commemorate the foundation of our chair with a half-day event, What is History Now?
