I served as Departmental Lecturer in the History of Art at Oxford from 2021 to 2024, following the completion of my doctorate, funded by the K. Sullivan Scholarship in Chinese Art. My first book project, The Bare, Naked, and Nude Bodies in Modern Chinese Visual Culture, investigates how medical and scientific imagery shaped conceptions of the body in twentieth-century Chinese art, offering the first comprehensive account of its scientific assessment and artistic representation. Prior to Oxford, I managed a series of international exhibitions for the contemporary artist Cai Guo-Qiang in New York. My curatorial and theatre projects have been recognized with the W. H. Pembroke Prize and supported by the Pembroke Annual Art Fund and the Arts Council. I have also served as a consultant for the Oxford Researcher Hub and currently sit on the advisory board for Neurodivergent Education for Students, Teaching & Learning (NESTL).
